Deal Policies
Kindly read our below policies in detail before you start coordinating/dealing with us.
Token & Money Deposit Policy
- All tokens and any money deposited for your transfer or paying of taxes/transfer fee must follow official Direct Deal Realtors channels and should only be deposited through cheque/pay order or cash to nominated person.
- All tokens deposited with Direct Deal Realtors are conditional till seller agrees and approves the deal.
- You must receive a signed receipt from nominated/authorized person when giving a token or against money deposited for your transfer or paying of taxes/transfer fee for any deal. Any receipt without signatures of the issuing authority will not be entertained.
- Token and any money deposited for your transfer or paying of taxes/transfer fee should only be handed over at our office or sent to our bank account directly.
- Please do not deposit any token money or any money deposited for your transfer or paying of taxes/transfer fee in any individual account as Direct Deal Realtors will not be held responsible for any transaction done without following an official channel.
- Direct Deal Realtors is not responsible for any fraud or mistake done by any Bank, society or institute involved in the transaction.
- Direct Deal Realtors will also not be held responsible for any token money withheld by the seller due to any reason.
Commission Policy
- At Direct Deal Realtors, we believe in fair and transparent transactions and strictly adhere to 1% fixed service charges for residential and commercial properties while 2% for Private and Agriculture land.
- There will be no discounts in our services charges.
- If you find any person/agent of Direct Deal Realtors involved in charging you more than above aforementioned without your prior consent or keeping any margin/cut, please inform us immediately at hello@directdeal.com.pk +92 300 4008182 so that we can help you to get the refund.
