Ans: After document verification and a family interview, Askari Management determines the availability of an apartment/flat and then show you some options.

Q-4: Are these apartments/flats furnished?

Ans: No, they are unfurnished apartments/flats, and you must bring your own stuff.

Q-5: Can I rent this apartment/flat for a shorter amount of time?

Ans: It is not advised since Askari management likes to provide an apartment or flat to a family who plans to reside there for an extended length of time.

Q-6: What additional charges are there besides rent?

Ans: The community would charge Rs. 4000/- per month in maintenance and water charges.

Q-7: What are the Utilities Charges, such as Electricity?

Ans: The society will furnish a separate electric meter, and rates will be invoiced by LESCO regulations.

Q-8: Is there any parking?

Ans: Yes, open parking is limited to one car, and you must get an E-Tag from the society office to gain smooth access to the gate.

Q-9: Are ACs available in apartments/flats?

Ans: No, air conditioners are not provided; however, you may bring your own. A two-bedroom apartment/flat can only have two air conditioners. You may also keep the air cooler within the building. It cannot be hung or installed outside the building.
