RUDA Advances Community Uplift and Education in Natt Village

Lahore- In a proactive stride toward community development, the Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) recently conducted an inspection of schools in Natt Village under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The visit, led by RUDA’s Special Initiatives Directorate Commercial Department in collaboration with the Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU-SED), aimed to assess educational infrastructure and drive sustainable progress in the area.

During the inspection, officials identified one non-operational school and a functional facility managed by the Punjab Education Initiative Management Authority (PEIMA), which currently serves enrolled students with essential amenities. To bridge gaps in access to quality education, RUDA has pledged to revitalize both institutions, ensuring they become fully operational. Additionally, the authority is exploring partnerships with NGOs to establish a model school in the area, reinforcing its commitment to empowering youth and uplifting living standards.

This educational initiative aligns with RUDA’s broader vision to transform Natt Village and its surroundings into a state-of-the-art hub within Ravi City. The authority is developing multiple development projects near the Natt village, including the highly anticipated Chahar Bagh Enclave – the second chapter of the Greater Chahar Bagh vision. Spanning 168 acres, the enclave is almost sold out and rapidly taking shape, marking a milestone in RUDA’s mission to deliver planned, sustainable communities.
