RUDA Releases List of Illegal Housing Societies

Lahore: – The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has officially issued an updated list of illegal housing societies operating within its designated areas. Residents and investors are advised to use caution and confirm the legal standing of any housing society purchasing under RUDA’s area. As part of its long-term vision for Lahore’s future, RUDA continues to impose stringent measures to deter unlawful encroachments and encourage sustainable development.

If you would like to check the status of any other society which is not given in below list, the Government of Punjab has an online portal where you can check their status. Go to the official Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) website. Click on “RUDA” from the drop-down menu under DA/LG/PHATA/RUDA and see the list.
