RUDA’s Fruit & Vegetable Market Application Process:

The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has launched its Fruit & Vegetable Market project with the name of Naimat Nagar in collaboration with the Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA). This initiative offers a variety of plot sizes for business purposes, including shops and commission agent spaces.

Eligibility:

  • Open to Pakistanis (local and overseas) with valid CNIC, NICOP, or POC.
  • Special discounts available for Badami Bagh license holders (prior to 2018).

Application Process:

  • Application fee: PKR 2,000 (non-refundable).
  • Required documents include CNIC, license details, and business registration.
  • Applications must be submitted with a demand draft or pay order in favor of “Ravi Urban Development Authority.” NTN No. 9022047-6
  • The application processing fee is for one plot in each category.
  • Application Deadline is January 30, 2025.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Non-refundable down payment due within 15 days of application.
  • Development costs to be calculated separately and payable at the time of possession.
  • Plot allocation subject to a fair ballot if applications exceed available plots.
  • The down payment (25%) must be made within 15 days of submitting the application.
  • A 10% annual surcharge will be applied for each day the payment is delayed.
  • The plot can only be transferred after clearing all dues, taxes, and applicable charges.
  • RUDA has the right to adjust plot locations if there are unforeseen site issues or layout changes.
  • The buyer is responsible for paying all taxes and charges imposed by federal, provincial, or local authorities, both current and future.
  • Formal allotment letters will be issued after paying development and other related charges. Please complete and sign the application form according to the instructions provided.
