Lahore: The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has taken another major step toward expanding the Greater Chahar Bagh vision with the signing of a Joint Venture (JV) agreement with Greenland City Developers (Pvt.) Ltd for the development of Chahar Bagh Greens, a large-scale residential project planned in Lahore.
