RUDA Launches Dedicated Public Redressal Counter
The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has established a dedicated Public Redressal Counter and One Window Operations. This initiative aims to promptly address public complaints and ensure efficient resolution of concerns related to RUDA’s services.
RUDA officers from all relevant departments are now required to be available for public complaints from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM daily. This ensures that the public has direct access to officials to discuss their issues and seek assistance.

RUDA CEO Mr. Imran Amin emphasized the authority’s commitment to resolving public grievances. “Addressing public concerns is our top priority, and we are dedicated to implementing the Chief Minister’s vision for improved public service,” he stated.
A newly formed committee under the Land Acquisition & Estate Management (LA&EM) department will oversee the daily operations of the redressal counter.
The public can submit their complaints at the One Window Operation located at RUDA office 152, Ali Block, Garden Town, Lahore.
