RUDA Seeks Proposals for Topaz Block of Ravi City on PPP

Lahore- Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) extends an invitation to all prospective Bidders, Investors, and Developers to participate in a transformative project of Ravi City under the framework of a Public-Private Partnership (PPP). It seeks proposals for the Design, Build, Finance, Own, Operate, and Maintain (DBFOM), Market, and Sale of the Topaz Block Project in accordance with the approved master plan.

This Topaz Block of Ravi City will span over 12,500 acres of land and Direct Deal Realtors as an esteemed Sales Partner of the Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), thrilled to bring you the details of this groundbreaking initiative.

Roles & Responsibilities of Project:

Scope: Interested parties are invited to submit proposals covering the entire lifecycle of the project, from procurement of land to its development, operations, and marketing.

Eligibility: Companies or consortiums with a proven track record in real estate development, both domestically and internationally, are encouraged to apply. Experience in managing and executing projects exceeding PKR 10 Billion in value over the past decade is a prerequisite.

Proposal Timeline:

RFP Procurement Deadline: March 1, 2024 (Friday)

Bid Submission Deadline: March 4, 2024 (Monday), 1500 hours

• The RFP is obtainable upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1 Million, payable to RAVI URBAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.
• Pre-qualification will precede the evaluation of Technical and Financial Proposals, ensuring a fair and transparent selection process.
