RUDA Unveils IT Vision of Punjab at Shanghai Expo

The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) and The Punjab Central Business District (PCBDA) teams, as well as significant foreign entities, made a strong impact at the Shanghai Property and Investment Expo with their exhibition of cutting-edge real estate projects and strategic investment opportunities. Distinguished leaders from the Real Estate Investment in Bali Group, Victory Investment and Property Development Group, Ausa International Group, and Vitruvius Development Group were among those who presented significant insights and possibilities with the guests.

Mr. Mansoor Ahmad Jangua, RUDA and PCBDA’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), shared his ambitious vision for the future of the region’s IT and real estate sectors. He emphasised the Punjab government’s objective of establishing the province as a premier IT hub, emphasizing strategic investments, infrastructure improvements, and comprehensive legislative efforts.

He also emphasized the government’s efforts to foster a thriving environment for the IT sector, which includes plans to build an IT knowledge park in the CBD and an IT city in RUDA, with the goal of ushering in a new era of innovation and economic prosperity. Mr. Jangua stated that the goal of this project is to turn Pakistan into a modern day Silicon Valley.
