RUDA’s Expressway to Connect Chahar Bagh & Sapphire Bay in 9 Months

Lahore: The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) is connecting Chahar Bagh Lahore with the riverfront project Sapphire Bay through an expressway. The state-of-the-art expressway is designed to enhance accessibility and accelerate urban expansion in Ravi City.

According to RUDA officials, the project includes a 300-foot-wide, 17-kilometer-long expressway starting from Chahar Bagh and extending across the Ravi River. A striking 1-kilometer-long modern bridge will serve as a key feature of this expressway, ensuring seamless connectivity between Chahar Bagh and Sapphire Bay within Ravi City.

Length: 17 kilometers
Starting from Chahar Bagh Phase 1 and Passing through their next chapter Dara Chahar Bagh.
Width: 300 feet
Modern Bridge: A 1-kilometer-long structure over the Ravi River

RUDA Chairman Shahid Ashraf Tarar and CEO Imran Amin recently visited the Dara Chahar Bagh site, where construction is already underway. They emphasized that the expressway is expected to be completed within nine months, marking a major milestone in the city’s development. The RUDA Chahar Bagh project has already gained significant traction in Lahore’s real estate market, with high demand for Dara Chahar Bagh bookings. The expressway will not only enhance connectivity but also drive economic growth, create jobs, and improve social mobility in Ravi City.
