    The transfer process of plots/houses in Nespak Society is mentioned as follows:

    • Apply No Demand Certificate.
    • The customers would have to bring transfer documents with duly paid all taxes and society charges to the transfer officer to obtain a transfer appointment.
    • The transferring officer will provide a transfer appointment.
    • Seller and purchaser both would have to visit the transfer office in Nespak Society Office to conclude the transfer process.
    • Both customers would have to appear with the original CNICs for biometric transfer on the required date.
